And Alex Rodriguez sat down with Good Day New York and finally addressed the 'weird' photo where he was caught in his bathroom and on the toilet at his $17.5million home in Manhattan.
The 43-year-old former professional baseball player admitted that while he will be investing in 'some good blinds' after the invasive incident, he won't be suing the perpetrator regardless of the on-going investigation.

While chatting with Lori Stokes and Rosanna Scotto, Rodriguez noted that he won't be pursuing legal action after the photo started circulating on social media.
'I'm certainly not suing,' he said. 'The one thing is ... I actually do my best thinking there! I wasn't ready for that picture.'
He seemed to have a good outlook on the entire situation, saying: 'It is what it is and I have to invest in some good blinds.'
