Beloved Australian actress Rebecca Gibney, 54, has spoken about the moment she decided to abandon her dreams of making it big in Hollywood.
Appearing on Tuesday's episode Andrew Denton's Interview, the star told of how she walked out of an audition after realising she no longer wanted to chase a career abroad.
'I thought: 'This is not me. Why am I here? I'm just joining a line of other hopefuls. I've got this incredible career back in Australia,'' she told Andrew in the upcoming talk-show program.

Rebecca then apologised to the casting agent for wasting their time, before explaining to them that she planned to return Down Under.
The Packed To The Rafters star is also set to discuss her battle with anxiety on the show.
It won't be the first time she's spoken publicly about mental health, however, with the star previously admitting to suffering depression during her 30s.
