She's been called in to replace Adam Levine after his shock departure from NBC's The Voice.
And on Tuesday, Gwen Stefani spoke for the first time about returning to the singing competition during an appearance on CBS daytime show The Talk.
'I have not even posted, I haven’t talked about it yet, because it was such a shock. I wanted to come back so bad. I mean, the show is so fun,' she gushed.

Stefani appeared on seasons 7, 9, and 12 of The Voice and famously struck up a romance with fellow judge Blake Shelton following the end of both their marriages.
The celebrity couple are still going strong four years later and the No Doubt singer said she's excited about teaming up professionally again with the country music star.
'It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be exciting. I mean, Blake‘s my best friend, so I get to hang out with him at work,' Stefani explained.
