Dressed casually in a trendy all black ensemble, he was oblivious to passersby while focusing the venue, which is described as 'the heart' of his empire. The businessman, often described as Australia's most eligible bachelor, later appeared jovial as he played up to the photographer. The tycoon said: 'Everyone has tough lives, unfortunately, and you need escapism, you need a lift. Hospitality and socialising is the number-one escape. 'People are coming to us to have a good time – we aren't delivering bad news and we aren't trying to solve problems for them. 'They are coming to us for a great time and all we have to do is help them. It's the best job in the world.' 'Best job in the world': Speaking to the Australian Financial Review last week, Justin gushed about his job of giving people 'escapism'. His fortune jump to a spectacular $1.05billion via his 89 properties, including popular Sydney venues The Ivy, Coogee Pavilion and The Newport Arms. Recently, he has also been riding Australia's property boom all the way to the bank, with the help of his sister Bettina, who is the part owner of the Merivale Empire. Last May, his fortune was estimated at $951million, and four years ago it was belived to be $200million. At present, Justin's empire comprises of 89 properties and brands, with more than 3000 full and part-time employees, as reported by The Australian.
