And Jesinta Franklin, 27, (née Campbell) has revealed why she and her AFL star husband Buddy, 32, began sleeping in separate bedrooms earlier this year. Forced apart: Jesinta Franklin (née Campbell) has revealed she and her AFL star husband Buddy (pictured) began sleeping in separate bedrooms earlier this year because she got sick 'There was a time earlier this year that I was very unwell and I slept in the spare room for 12 nights straight,' she said. 'I think that was the longest we've ever spent apart. 'I was in the spare room but that was from my own admission because I wanted to make sure he didn't get unwell as there is a risk of him getting the entire [Sydney Swans] team unwell as well. I am nowhere near as bad as that now, it is just a little flu.' 'We are a married couple so we'd love to start a family,'' Jesinta said. 'But right now we are just really busy with our careers and just enjoying life and whatever happens happens, it's up to the universe now.' She told The Morning Show this week that she's looking forward to an early retirement. 'My husband will retire football at 36 so I figured I would, you know, kind of have to be not far behind him,' she said. 'My absolute goal would be to commit 100 per cent of my time to charity work and to be able to do things that really make a difference.'
