But the 27-year-old surprised fans by confessing that she's become a shell of her former self in recent months. Taking to Instagram Stories on Thursday, the reality TV star wrote to fans: 'Recently I've let a part of myself go, and not in a positive manner. I begun [sic] to let people walk over me in fear of me upsetting them.' I do have a tendency to people please even if its not true to myself. That comes from a fear of not letting anyone feel left out.' 'I worked really hard on standing up for what's right, but in the last few months I've let that go just becoming submissive. It's time for me to take some of my own advice and practice what I worked so hard on previously,' Elizabeth concluded. Alongside the emotional message was a passage about self love by American poet Cleo Wade. In April, she cemented her celebrity status by signing with talent agency CTM Group. 'I'm pretty excited to mention that I'll be working with @ctmgroupau for all things management. Elizabeth has also lost a considerable amount of weight since appearing on Married At First Sight back in March, after being fat-shamed by her 'ex-husband' on the show, Sam Ball, 26. After meeting his bride at the altar, Sam had told producers: 'I've never really dated girls as big as Elizabeth in the past. Maybe I'll get her running in the mornings.' And it appears her latest post resonated with a lot of her female fans, many of who came out praising her remarks. The weight is over!
