Guy Sebastian has come under fire from his neighbours while constructing his dream family home in Maroubra, Sydney.
But The Voice coach insists he has loved putting together his $3.1million home, despite the building process being 'extremely testing' at times.
Guy told Who magazine he is 'obsessed' with design in a new interview and confessed that even he thinks his unique 'windowless' property is 'pretty out there'.

When quizzed over how the building process has been with his place, Guy admitted: 'Oh my god, building in Sydney has been extremely testing.'
The former Australian Idol winner has had to battle through a lengthy construction period and explained that furnishing his home has been much smoother.
'It's a unique design - pretty out there,' he said. 'We've chosen all the furniture, I found it all. That side of it has been easy.'
