The Voice Australia coaches are meant to support and guide their artists through the competition while preparing them for chart domination.
But as the show's Blind Auditions come to an end on Sunday, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that they may not be as hands on once the cameras stop rolling.
Behind the scenes, mentors Kelly Rowland, Boy George, Guy Sebastian and Delta Goodrem have all snubbed their teams in one brutal way.

As of right now on Instagram, only seven of the 45 acts that have made it through to the Battle Rounds so far have been followed by their coach.
Kelly and Boy George have both failed to follow a single one of their acts.
