This Wednesday marked one year after the shocking death of beloved designer Kate Spade.
The 55-year-old fashion icon was found dead in her New York City apartment on June 5, 2018. The coroner later confirmed that she had died from suicide by hanging.
In addition to the millions of people who loved her fashion, the designer's family members have paid tribute to her one year after her death. Most notably, niece Rachel Brosnahan and brother-in-law David Spade took to Instagram in memory of Kate.
