And Cheryl looked glamorous as ever as she took to social media to share a behind the scenes look at the music video.

The singer, 35, has been hard at work after recently letting her hair down at the Britain's Got Talent final where she admitted she was too tipsy to attend the wrap party.

In a GIF posted to her Instagram, Cheryl sported an edgy look for the music video with a black sleeveless top with leather straps and a large faux fur coat.

Styling her brunette locks into loose curls, the singer drew further attention to her look with an eye-catching dark lipstick.

Fans were thrilled to see Cheryl in the audience of the Britain's Got Talent final last weekend.

But the hitmaker admitted she decided to give the wrap party a miss after her head started 'to wobble'.

Speaking on KISS Breakfast with Tom & Daisy, she said: 'Unfortunately I had already drunk so much champagne throughout the show that I just felt like I couldn’t make it.  

'My head was starting to wobble and I thought yep, that’s time to go home. I have to get up with a toddler these days, its different.'

Cheryl exclusively spoke to MailOnline about her brand new track, and the meaning behind it.

The Fight for This Love hitmaker revealed that the catchy anthem and its lyrics is a 'sophisticated subject' with a 'good old fashioned pop beat', which she wrote with former Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts.

Ahead of the release Cheryl had been teasing snippets of Let You throughout the week, with several fans thinking the lyrics, which include 'you don't understand the chance I took on you' and 'I was passive, you took advantage', about her ex-boyfriend Liam Payne, 25.

However, the mother-of-one has revealed that this isn't the case at all and the song isn't from a 'personal experience' or even 'that deep'.

Instead, Cheryl wanted to write a song to empower everyone, especially women, with 'mature storytelling'.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline about the lyrics, she said: 'For some reason, sometimes as women we allow a lot of bad behaviour and then we wonder why they treat us badly… it’s about setting boundaries and being like that’s not OK.'
