Storm Reid cover June anniversary issue of Teen Vogue in powerful gold pantsuit

Not yet 16 and Storm Reid is already skyrocketing to the top. 

The Wrinkle in Time star graces a special 'sweet 16' anniversary cover of Teen Vogue, released Monday, wearing a powerful gold pantsuit. 

The actress, who turns 16 on July 1, discusses her passion for activism, upcoming projects and her future in story telling. 

At three she knew she wanted to be on TV, by nine she, along with her mother and sister, moved to Los Angeles to pursue that dream, now she doesn't know if she will always be in front of the camera but she is dedicated to telling stories and inspiring others.

Not a first timer: 'I feel like I was put on this earth to do this,' Storm said. 'Not, to be an actress but to tell stories and inspire people.'

'I’m not really comfortable yet calling myself an activist, so I like calling myself an active-learner, active-thinker, active-listener,' she said. 

'I try to use my platform to lift people up. I don’t think we all necessarily have to have the same opinion, but I don’t want to waste the opportunity to share mine.'

It is the passion for story telling that got Storm interested in acting. Though she said she doe not know if she will always be an actress, she will always be telling stories.
