A stalker who showed up at Kendall Jenner's home twice last year has been deported from the US. John Ford, a Canadian citizen, was arrested by ICE agents in New Mexico in March and was ordered to return to his home country at his hearing in El Paso, Texas, this week, TMZ reports. The 38-year-old was on an expired visitor visa and was in the country illegally. Adding: 'Our special agents acted quickly on this tip to ensure that this obsessive behavior didn't escalate to become a tragedy.' ICE had been tracking Ford for several weeks before 'HSI special agents, officers with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations' apprehended him in the parking lot of a hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico, The Blast reported. A judge approved a five-year order barring Ford from being within 100 yards of the model, according to TMZ. After being apprehended Authorities put him on a 5150 psychiatric hold, at which point - due to his lack of insurance - he was transported to Los Angeles County Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Ford was determined to be stable mentally by a psychiatrist, and released from the hold well short of the 72-hour maximum. Upon his release, police arrested him in connection with criminal trespassing and violation of a restraining order, with officials setting bail at $30,000. Ford had previously been arrested in September after a break-in where he had ended up on Kendall's porch. For his actions, McKenzie was charged with one count of misdemeanor stalking and one court of misdemeanor trespassing.
