The 34-year-old actress showed off her incredibly muscular frame as she ran alongside a female friend, who appeared to have been her trainer, in the beachside suburb.
Dressed in a cropped grey sports top and black leggings, Jessica was seen putting herself through her paces during what appeared to have been a gruelling workout.
