Her outing comes after it emerged Love Island contestant Molly-Mae, 20, previously dated Caroline's personal trainer Bradley Simmonds earlier this year.
Caroline, 39, was linked to Bradley, strolling arm-in-arm with Bradley a week prior to his date with Molly-Mae, while sharing videos of herself working out with the fitness guru on Instagram.
A source told The Sun: 'Molly-Mae has dated Bradley but has never previously met Caroline.
