She's been locked in seemingly-endless litigation with her former fiancé for nearly five years.

Sofia Vergara got a new surprise when her ex Nick Loeb asked a judge handling their legal battle to award him $120,000 from the Modern Family star, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

The 43-year-old businessman originally sued the 46-year-old actress in 2015 to gain control of embryos frozen during their relationship.

According to court filings, Loeb is asking Sofia to pay him $117,590.87 in attorney fees, plus $2,959.26 in additional costs, which comes out to a little over $120K.

A recent court victory for the former fiancé spurred him to request the fees.

Sofia had filed a claim of malicious prosecution against the Lehman Brothers family member, which was dismissed by the judge.

Following the dismissal, Loeb sought compensation for his court costs. However, the win was relatively minor in the grand scale of their litigation.

Vergara and Loeb became engaged in 2012, following a two-year courtship, though they ended the engagement in 2014.

Minor win: After Sofia's malicious prosecution charge was thrown out by a judge, Nick decided he was owed hundreds of thousands in attorney fees, though it was only a small victory for him
