Lauren, 32, appeared as a guest on This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield while Mark, 32, joined the panel on Loose Women. A source told The Sun that crew members were told to make sure there was no chance of the former flames bumping into one another while backstage. 'Lauren and Mark were in at the same time and executives were told to try to make sure there was no chance of them bumping into each other. 'We didn't lead Lauren through the canteen like we usually do and we kept her in her dressing room as much as we possibly could.' The source added that the situation was awkward but is sometimes necessary to keep celebrity guests happy. During his appearance on Loose Women, Mark spoke about leaving his hosting gig on American entertainment show Extra. The former TOWIE star explained he wanted to be at home with Michelle. He said: 'Sometimes my drive is too much and I think I would like it to chill out a bit. I get one job and then I think "What’s the next thing?" Mark discussed having children and wondered how they will be just like him. He said: 'If they’ve got my personality traits, [they'll be like me]. 'Which is seriously competitive and always wanting something else, even when it comes to work and always wanting to win too much rather than just living in the moment, because that’s one thing that annoys me.'
