This isn't the first time Love Island fans have cruelly accused a contestant of 'lying' about their age and in 2018 show watchers were adamant Laura Anderson, now 30, was older.
At the time, MailOnline exclusively proved that the former flight attendant was in fact 29-years-old during her time on Love Island.
Her birth certificate, obtained from the Register of Births in Scotland, confirmed that Laura was born in 1989 putting an end to the swirling speculation.
Elma and Maura's explosive entrance onto the show has already created drama within the Love Island villa.
