Ashley Martson is focusing on her mental health after her recent divorce. 

The 90 Day Fiancé star revealed she is checking into a mental wellness retreat in North Carolina for her depression during a chat with Radar. 

The decision comes after Martson's recent divorce from Jay Smith, which has been unfolding in the media spotlight.

Martson told the site: 'At this time, I'm focusing on my happiness and my future to better myself.

'I appreciate the support from TLC and the audience of 90 Day Fiancé.'

Martson and Smith were featured in season six of the TLC reality show.

The couple met in Smith's home country of Jamaica, where Martson was staying at a resort for a friend's wedding.

Following the trip, they stayed in touch via social media.

When Martson returned to Jamaica six months later, Smith popped the question. 

The couple married last April in Las Vegas after they cancelled their wedding in Martson's home state of Pennsylvania, following racist backlash.
