Robbie Williams has revealed he and Ayda Field are hoping for baby number four after they welcomed their daughter Colette via an 'incredible' surrogate last year.

The Angels hitmaker, 45, is father to Theodora, six, Charlton, four, and Colette, nine months, with the actress and Loose Women panellist, 40.

Robbie and Ayda kept news they were expecting their latest addition private, instead making a surprise announcement on Instagram when the newborn, known as Coco, arrived.

The Take That alum has now confessed that the couple will 'hopefully want' a fourth child.

Speaking to Heart, he said: 'I'm dad, dad goes to work, I have a responsibility to keep this ship going. Then I come home and I'm daddy but we all have our responsibilities to fill and I seem to be fulfilling mine adequately.

'Considering I didn't want one, it's a turn out for the books that we now have three [children] and hopefully want four.'

Robbie went on to gush that he and Ayda are 'on good form as a couple' after 13 years together and 'actually really like each other which is incredible to say'.

And the musician confessed he is considering turning his life story into a musical after the success of Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody and Elton John's Rocketman.

The father-of-three said he already has an idea what he would call the potential show. 

He said: 'I've got so many fingers in so many pies tight now, a musical would be one of them. It’s just about coming up with a good idea. But my life has been pretty colourful, maybe that’s the good idea.'
