Channel Nine presenter Erin Molan, 36, has revealed the heartbreaking inspiration behind her latest photo shoot.
The Sunday Footy show host posed for a glamorous new shoot for skincare company Vixin to raise awareness for bowel cancer research.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia on Sunday, Erin said the charity photo shoot was inspired by her own sister Sarah Sutton's battle with the disease.

'It's the second biggest cancer killer but if found early - 98 per cent of cases can be cured,' Erin said.
'Talking about bowel cancer is gross, But it could save your life.'
In the series of glamourous snaps, Erin is dressed in a plunging silver and white evening gown, while wearing high-end jewellery.

Her makeup consisted of dewy foundation and a deep rouge lipstick, and matching silver eye-shadow, while her hair was slightly curled and bushed to one side.
Erin was pictured holding the skincare company's iconic red apple-shaped bottles, featuring its Apple Stem Cell cream.
Erin, who has been a Bowel Cancer Australia ambassador since 2011, has spoken about her sister Sarah's cancer survival story.
Sarah was diagnosed with bowel caner at 29, just weeks after giving birth.
