Channel Nine presenter Erin Molan, 36, has revealed the heartbreaking inspiration behind her latest photo shoot. The Sunday Footy show host posed for a glamorous new shoot for skincare company Vixin to raise awareness for bowel cancer research. Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia on Sunday, Erin said the charity photo shoot was inspired by her own sister Sarah Sutton's battle with the disease. 'I've got a new appreciation for what she did and what she went through – having to go through all of that as well as fighting for her life, as well as being a new mum and recovering from childbirth, it's just incredible,' she said. 'To go through that on its own, regardless of whether you deliver naturally or C-section, it is a huge, huge deal and to go through that and to also be going through cancer, it's hard to comprehend, it really is.' Sarah has since gone on to make a recovery, with her even getting fit enough to run a marathon.
