He's one of Australia's most high-profile chefs, and the star of a long-running reality TV show.
And on Monday he took to Instagram to share a very early photo of him as a young boy.

The cook captioned the picture, 'Oh geez. I really need to find out who my hairdresser was back then', with a laughing-crying emoji.
The boy in the question is none other than MasterChef judge George Calombaris, 40.
He is wearing a Western-style collared shirt, with black overalls, in the picture.
