She tragically lost her late husband Greg Lange to brain cancer in 2010.
And as she continues to move on with partner Chris Walker following his death, The Project's Carrie Bickmore says she still feels Greg's presence every day.
Speaking to The Australian Women's Weekly on Thursday, Carrie, 38, said Greg will always be an integral part of her family's lives.

'Anyone who has ever lost someone will tell you that they may not physically be there but they'll stay in your life forever,' she explained.
'And Ollie [son Oliver] is so like him in so many ways. I often think, "God, I wish Greg was here so I could ask him how the hell to parent. Surely he'd have some insight".'
She said her partner Chris is incredibly supportive when it comes to discussing Greg and keeping his memory alive.

'You always bring your past with you into your future and that's just the reality, that's life,' she said.
Carrie said she has come to accept that nothing in her family life will ever be 'straightforward' since Greg's death, but she has made peace with that as her mother and father brought her up to never aim for perfection.
Greg tragically passed away in December 2010 at age 35 from a 10-year battle with brain cancer.
