Heads turned as the reality star, 34, made her way outside the Los Angeles studio with a film crew in tow with an iced coffee in hand.

Khloe relaxed over a few sips of her chill drink as she chatted with her pals, all of whom made her the center of attention.

Accentuating her gym-honed figure, the star worked a jean corset that flashed a hint of cleavage while cinching into her toned torso.
