The Hertfordshire native, 20, sports noticeably thinner lips and a baby-faced complexion in the 2017 Instagram posts, when the influencer was still a fresh-faced teen.
It comes after Molly-Mae stunned fans with an X-rated confession during Wednesday night's show as she got cosy with her boxer beau Tommy Fury, 20.
