It's arguably one of the most famous moments in the 60-year history of the Logies.
And now Bert Newton has reflected on the time he met Muhammad Ali at the awards show 40 years ago in 1979.
In an interview with TV WEEK on Thursday, the 80-year-old veteran TV host confessed to having been star stuck by the late boxing legend.

'People like that had an aura about them,' he told the publication ahead of this year's awards show on June 30.
'I knew they were in the room before I could even see them. There was this awareness that someone very special was in attendance.'
Bert maintains taking to the Logies stage alongside Muhammad was one of the highlights of his career, despite an embarrassing gaffe that many branded racist.
Muhammad had joined Bert - who was hosting the event - onstage to present the Gold Logie to Bert.
