Health and fitness influencers are followed by thousands of people on social media for updates on their inspirational wellness 'journeys'.
And while many influencers rake in thousands of dollars for their posts thanks to sponsored content, many of their followers are left feeling inadequate for not measuring up to their seemingly 'perfect' lives.
Sheppard lead singer Amy Sheppard is clearly no such fan of the trend - and made her feelings felt in no uncertain terms on social media on Thursday.
