The 48-year-old is responding to claims by The View host that she once yelled at Hostin's son during a beach vacation.
The SkinnyGirl mogul was a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday and the host queried her about the allegations.

A fan wrote into the late night show with a question about the beef between the stars but Frankel's guess was as good as theirs.
When Andy asked her what was going on, the mother of one was at a total loss.
'I don't know,' she told Cohen. 'I think she's been drinking or taking some drugs. I don't know her!'
She continued, flabbergast: 'I don't know. I don't know her.'

'You don't remember that?' Andy asked.
Bethenny replied simply: 'No, I don't.'
