Rami Malek has insisted recent reports that the upcoming Bond 25 film was delayed by behind-the-scenes setbacks are 'fabricated'.
It was previously reported Rami's busy schedule combined with Daniel sustaining an ankle injury had stopped them from filing key scenes with each other.
Speaking to Digital Spy at a New York press event, he said: 'The key scenes is something that was fabricated.

'But the thing is, Daniel was injured, so they are shooting what they can. I talked to Cary yesterday and the schedule has been altered.'
The actor, who won an Oscar for his performance as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, added he had not worked with Daniel yet.
He said: 'I haven’t shot with Daniel yet, but I’m thrilled to work with him.'
Rami, who plays a villian in the upcoming film, added that Daniel is an actor he greatly admires and is 'pinching himself' at the prospect of working with him.
