She's known for her body-positive Instagram posts, since losing a whopping 30kg on The Biggest Loser in 2006. 

And in a column penned for news.com.au on Saturday, Fiona Falkiner revealed how age plays a role in self-confidence and how she views her body.

'The older I get, the easier it is to accept my cellulite, stretch marks and all the other lumps and bumps,' the 36-year-old wrote.
