The 40-year-old beautician, who recently launched a makeup collaboration with DB Cosmetics, is telling media outlets she can confirm the woman's name - for a price.
Sarah first started contacting journalists last week, after reports surfaced that Telv was expecting a child with a woman who is not his current girlfriend Katie Beever.

In messages seen by Daily Mail Australia, Sarah reveals she has partnered with another of Telv's ex-partners to sell information about the woman carrying his child.
The 'package' they are hoping to sell includes photos of the mother-to-be, who is around six months pregnant, displaying a prominent baby bump.
Sarah and Telv had previously reached an agreement in court not to speak about each other publicly.
Telv, who has two children from a previous relationship, is aware Sarah is trying to sell the story. He preempted her efforts by confirming the news himself on Saturday.

In a video shared to Instagram, he said: 'I've got a certain couple of exes who are just hellbent on coming out with information about me, and it's frustrating me.
'One of the main reasons to come out was just to get it out there and tell the truth before these very annoying human beings come out with rubbish.'
