BET Awards 2019: Lil' Kim shows off her curves in a silver minidress

Lil' Kim ensured all eyes were on her as she took to the BET Awards red carpet, held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

The rapper, 44, wowed in a quirky futuristic silver minidress before changing into a burgundy PVC bodysuit to storm the stage with Mary J. Blige. 

Lil Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, accentuated her incredible hourglass figure in the minidress, which nipped her in at the waist before curving out at the hips.

The show-stopping ensemble was embellished with ruffle lace cuffs and ribbon corset detailing.  

The Lady Marmalade hitmaker added a boost to her petite frame with black ankle sock boots and accessorised the look with a Chanel bag and fingerless gloves. 

Donning a pair of gold paperclip earrings, Lil' Kim wore her raven tresses in a high top knot and finished off her red carpet ensemble with a bronzed make-up look.

Lil' Kim later joined Mary J. Blige, 48, who was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, on stage for the performance of I Can Love You. 

The girls pulled out all the stops with the rapper pairing her burgundy leotard, with a matching coat and racy thigh-high boots. 

Mary, meanwhile, who performed a medley of her greatest hits, opted for a skimpy white co-ord, baseball cap and a peroxide blonde wig.

The R&B legend was presented her Lifetime Achievement Award by Rihanna, who thanked her for 'setting the bar' and 'for being you.'

'Mary J. Blige, you have set the bar for relatable, timeless, classic music. You opened multiple doors for female artists in this industry,' she began, according to BET.

'And on behalf of all the women who came after you like myself, thank you for being you so we could feel comfortable being ourselves.'

During her acceptance speech, Mary made sure to give credit to God after pointing out what she felt she is.
