MasterChef viewers were in outrage during Monday night's episode.
Producers chose Scottish-born restaurateur Jock Zonfrillo as the guest chef, in a challenge focusing on native Australian ingredients.

During Monday night's episode, judge Matt Preston introduced Jock Zonfrillo as the guest chef.
Scottish-born Jock is the owner of Adelaide restaurant Orana, and the creator of The Orana Foundation.
Jock's mission through The Orana Foundation is to 'preserve the food heritage of Indigenous peoples and integrate native food into Australian gastronomy'.
He is also aiming to ensure the 'benefits of an Australian native produce industry are returned to the Indigenous communities involved'.
