And it appears Virginia Trioli, 53, is going out with a bang as she experienced a rare moment of mental repose on Tuesday's edition of the public broadcaster's show.
The journalist was seen bursting into uncontrollable fits of laughter alongside her co-host Michael Rowland, 50, following an interview with comedian Tom Gleeson about his Gold Logie award campaign.

'We have a really awkward transition here when it comes to a subject as well,' Virginia explained, clearly referencing the 'breastmilk banks' news item she had to introduce.
Virginia was then seen attempting to regain her composure, remarking: 'Reset.'
However she failed to contain her laughter for long as seconds later she was seen erupting in fits of giggles while declaring: 'I can't do it.'
