She's been busy filming the second season of Channel 10's Playing For Keeps.

And on Friday, Madeleine West was spotted taking a quick break from filming as production continues in Melbourne.

The 38-year-old actress carried a take-away coffee and a hot meal as she walked from the catering truck to her trailer.

While Madeleine likely picked up her coffee from the catering services, her meal looks like it was freshly prepared at home.

This is perhaps unsurprising, as the single mother-of-six is known for her meal prepping skills.

The brunette dressed comfortably in a pair of grey sweatpants and a large parka to keep warm during the winter chill.

She also wore a black bustier top and necklace, which suggests she may have been filming a racy scene involving her character Kath Rickards.

After eating her lunch, she was spotted walking across the set carrying a bottle of water and a script.

Playing For Keeps focuses on the glamorous lives of a fictional AFL team and the players' wives and girlfriend.
