Amanda Holden suggested that she wants peace after a TV presenter called for her to be sacked amid her very public spat with Phillip Schofield.

The Heart Breakfast presenter, 48, flashed a peace sign with her hand as she stepped out of Global House in central London on Tuesday morning.

Amanda's outing comes after Sophie Prescott, who has presented 24 segments on the show, said she found the Britain's Got Talent judge 'controlling, selfish and difficult' when they worked together in October 2018.

However Amanda appeared to have moved on from the drama as she seemed in high spirits after leaving the show, flashing a beaming smile as she went.

The Britain's Got Talent judge looked chic in a crisp white blouse and a pair of nautical blue and white striped trousers, which were belted around her waist.

She layered the ensemble with a cream mac and wore a small cross-body Gucci bag, which was padded and featured the brand's emblem on the front in gold.

The new claims came as Amanda, revealed Phillip, 57, 'ignored' an 'olive branch' she offered last year in the hope of putting their bitter feud to bed, while the This Morning host declared he'd had a 'very sad weekend' due to the 'hurtful' reports.

Sophie told the Daily Mirror: 'Amanda was all "me, me, me". I put on a brave happy face doing the show but Amanda was very off-putting during my live appearance, kept asking questions, kept interfering and I felt she was a very controlling person.'

Amanda is said to have blamed Phillip for standing in the way of her getting the gig on This Morning when Holly Willoughby, 38, went to Australia to host I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in the absence of Ant McPartlin, 43.

But Sophie is team Schofe all the way and said Amanda should no longer work for the channel at all.

She continued: 'Amanda is being thoroughly unprofessional in her behaviour to a fellow ITV family member...

'Who does Amanda think she is, marching into Kevin Lygo's office demanding answers on what she alleges that is supposed to have happened? Amanda should be "yellow-carded" and told to shut up or face getting the sack from Britain's Got Talent.'

On Sunday Phillip admitted he had a 'sad weekend' following the 'hurtful' reports of the feud with Amanda.

He posted: 'The end of another really sad weekend. When you try for 35 years to be the easiest, most fun person to work with and you read such hurtful and wildly untrue stories from nameless "sources".'

'Obviously I’ll take it on the chin. I just hope you know me better [sic].'

On Monday's edition of Amanda's Heart radio show, the former actress, revealed she tried to go for a coffee with the This Morning host, 57, in attempt to bury the hatchet, but he declined her invitation.

Speaking to her co-host Jamie Theakston, Amanda said: 'I've moved on from it, Jamie, you need to move on from it.'

Phillip shared: 'The end of another really sad weekend. When you try for 35 years to be the easiest, most fun person to work with and you read such hurtful and wildly untrue stories from nameless

He replied: 'You might have moved on but I just wanted to know, is there any more to the story?'

Confirming the feud rumours, Amanda added: 'I did offer to meet him for a coffee months ago, he didn't reply to my text. What can I say?'

Jamie noted: 'The olive branch had been extended.'

Jamie then paid reference to Katy Perry and Taylor Swift's highly-publicised feud, which was officially put to
