Cardi B was up till six in the morning on Thursday.

The 26-year-old rap star was not out partying with her husband Offset of Migos, but rather was comforting her restless 11-month-old daughter Kulture.

In a string of videos posted to her Instagram Stories, Cardi lay in bed with her little girl and begged her to go to sleep.

Cardi took her first Insta Stories video when it was already 5:03am.

'KK, KK, let's go to sleep, Ma, it's 5:03 in the morning,' said Cardi into the camera, before turning to her infant and making a kissy face.

At 5:20, both of them were still up, and Cardi said: 'Night-night, night-night, come on, come on Mommy,' cradling Kulture close. 'Ouch! Come on, let's go to sleep.'

By her next video, it was 5:51 and Cardi pleaded with her fussing child: 'Kulture, you gotta night-night, it's about to be six in the morning - look, it's daylight out.'

Earlier on Wednesday she had posted a selfie video to her main Instagram page about the new music video for her single Press.

'I just really wanna thank [director] Jora [Frantzis] because I was so tough on her, because this is my first video that I directed and I instructed, and I really wanted my vision to come to life and she made it happen,' she said.

'Like, it was very difficult to, you know, make the private parts look pleasant and like cover them up
