The '90s cult TV series, Beverly Hills 90210, first aired on Channel 10 from 1990 to 2000.
On Thursday, TV Blackbox reported the BH90120 reboot is set to air on Ten's primary channel in August/September this year, 20 years since the original hit series debuted on the same network.
Network 10 Head of Programming, Daniel Monaghan confirmed the network are 'thrilled' to have secured the Australian broadcasting rights for the new six-episode spin-off series.

'Beverly Hills 90210 was a cultural phenomenon on 10 when it aired in the 90’s and ever since, fans have pleaded to have the original cast members to return to the world’s most famous postcode. We are thrilled to have it back and it will air on 10 later this year,' Mr. Monaghan told the publication.
The iconic series, which premiered in 1990 initially followed the Walsh family as they dealt with the culture shock of moving to California and making a whole new set of friends.
