Selma Blair exuded health and happiness in an introspective new Instagram shared on Friday.

The Legally Blonde actress, 47, looked like she was in pure bliss as she relaxed on a hammock at the Parker hotel in Palm Springs, clad in a plush white robe.

Selma, who publicly revealed her MS diagnosis in October 2018, reflected upon some of the painful parts of her diagnosis in the caption, recalling an incident with her 'glitchy brain.'

'I asked my beau if he thought the bathroom was inside the restaurant yesterday,' she explained near the end of the post.

'As opposed to outside. And my glitchy brain was sincere. We roared with laughter. Things are so strange. I am doing my best to take care of health. I don't want to post pictures of myself.'

'I feel in transition. Vulnerable. But I am here. Thinking. Thinking. Of all of us. #fbf and yes, I fell out of this #hammock right after this posed shot. I still have a headache. Going to finish a jigsaw puzzle. Good morning.'

The caption began simply before pivoting to the political.

'I am awake. I have a headache. I am thinking about the children lost in the crossing. The baby found in a bag. The first man to show her love.
