Kevin Dillon is fighting back.
In order to afford to pay off his ex-wife Jane Stuart, the Entourage star has asked a judge to order the sale of the multi-million dollar Malibu home they once shared, according to The Blast.
The couple filed for divorce in 2017, and as part of their settlement, Kevin, 53, must pay Jane an equalization payment of $1,700,594.

That figure was based on Kevin being allowed to keep the house and his 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass.
According to documents obtained by the news site, Dillon is objecting to the ruling as it is 'impossible' for him to make that equalization payment without selling the home.
He's asking the judge to order for the home to be sold, allowing both him and Stuart to split
