Jenelle Evans believes that her children are at risk under the care of her mother, Barbara, due to her brother Colin who has a long wrap sheet with police.
The 27-year-old reality star feels that her sibling's 'erratic' behavior is not good for kids according to TMZ on Monday.
Colin has had at least eight interactions with police since February according to police records obtained by the publication.

The alleged communications include calling to report stalkers at his home, trespassers and Colin even claimed someone was putting chemicals in his water.
He even listed Jenelle's husband David Eason as a possible suspect in the reports, however, there was no evidence to support that according to TMZ.
Police even advised Colin to leave people alone after a report of a woman claiming that he had approached her and claimed she had been taking photos of his home but she happened to be taking snaps in the woods.

Aside from Jenelle and David's ongoing custody battle and Colin's interactions with police, the family is very familiar with law enforcement as they have visited mother Barbara's home several times including a disturbance call which was centered around a family member that had thrown items in the home and issued threats.
TMZ's insider claims that Jenelle and David will do whatever they can to get their kids back as they believe that being around Barbara (and possibly Colin) is much worse situation than it would be at their home.
The couple are due back in court on Monday for more custody hearings as the publication reports that David is expected to testify for the first time.
This comes a week after they were reunited with their three children who had been removed from their family home after Eason killed their pet dog Nugget.
