During an interview with SiriusXM, the Spice Girl, 45, revealed that she met the singer two days after the pair partied the night away following the final reunion show at Wembley Stadium.

Speaking to presenters Nicole Ryan, Ryan Sampson and Stanley T, the pop star said: 'We hung out with Adele on the last night which was cool.
'I saw her in the gym two days later, this trainer came up to me and was like "I heard the patron was out the other night'' and I was like how do you know?
'That lady told me over there and I was like who is that lady and he was like Adele.'
When asked by the presenter what Adele had been doing at the time Mel replied: 'She was on the treadmill. She looks incredible, she is working out hard.'

After their night out Adele, who revealed her impressive transformation at the final Spice Girls show in a black ensemble, shared how much the night had meant to her with fans.
