Diane Keaton has revealed why hats have become a signature part of her wardrobe.
The 73-year-old has a 'serious problem' with sun damaged that was resulted in her undergoing 'a lot' of skin cancer operations.
Now Diane wears a titfer to protect herself, she told InStyle magazine in a new interview published on Friday.

Diane, who is a mom to adopted sons Dexter, 24, and Duke, 19, said: 'I've always liked hats. They just frame a head. But, of course, nobody really thinks they're as great as I do.
'And, you know, hats also protect you from the sun -- I've had so many skin cancers, it's a serious problem.'
The Annie Hall star revealed that she was going to the doctor to have a blemish on her nose checked out. 'So, the sun, I love it, you know? But I really have to protect my head.'
