Inside House Rules' biggest garden transformation ever as they add $90,000 to ...

A season record was set on Sunday's House Rules during the final garden reveal.

The teams efforts on Pete and Courtney's Melbourne home added a huge $90,000 to the value of the property in just five days - the highest sum so far.

From a quirky stainless steel jacuzzi to a bar overlooking Victoria's mountain Dandenong Ranges, the couple were overwhelmed by the transformation.

Pete and Courtney started the tour of their revamped home on the street front.

The space had been re-imagined by Lisa and Andy, who also took control of their car port, and left the homeowners speechless.

With the overgrown entrance gutted and replaced with an earthy path up to the front door, Pete and Courtney were both impressed and confused.

'It is a bit muddy, hey. Perhaps something just on here to make it a little less slippy?' said Courtney, while struggling in her heels.

Pete added: 'If you were dressed to go to an event you would be worried you'd be filthy by the time you walk down.'

Upon inspecting the plants, Courtney mused: 'It does look like a native paradise, but I'm just not sure about the cactus.'

The couple then questioned the placement of some of the other plants.

However, once they'd stepped into the car port, which had been transformed into a unusual social space, they were soon smiling again.

'It's a stainless steel jacuzzi, it's blowing my mind,' exclaimed Pete.

At the end of the episode, Lisa and Andy were awarded 25 points for their efforts.
