A teenager living with Tourette syndrome is set to appear on the upcoming season of Channel Nine's This Time Next Year.

In a trailer released this week, 16-year-old Eden tells host Karl Stefanovic that the disorder has forced her to drop out of school. 

'I'm missing out on school. I had to get taken out in an ambulance,' she explains.
