Jake Quickenden has showed off his jaw-dropping six-week body transformation after hitting the gym in a bid to deal with his anxiety battle.
The reality star, 30, candidly discussed his decision to eat healthier and train hard at the gym after 'feeling horrible' in himself both physically and mentally.
The Dancing On Ice winner confessed that his anxiety levels took a nosedive and he was left feeling 'unmotivated' and 'lazy'.

After revamping his lifestyle just six weeks ago, Jake took to Instagram to display the results with a before and after snap.
Alongside the images Jake penned: 'So 6 weeks ago I was like this, felt horrible but worst was mentally.
'I was down in myself, my anxiety was terrible and just felt unmotivated and lazy, so I started eating better and working out hard...'
He made sure his fans knew it wasn't just his appearance that had benefited from the transformation by insisting it was for the well-being of his mental health.
