Married At First Sight's Mike Gunner has made no secret of the fact he's undergone scalp micropigmentation, a cosmetic procedure better known as a 'hair tattoo'.

And on Friday the 44-year-old electrician was spotted working at the same clinic he received the procedure just weeks before filming his television debut.

Taking to Instagram, Gold Coast clinic Harline Solutions shared several photos of the hunky handyman performing the treatment on a client.

In the photos Mike is seen wearing the clinic's official uniform, a black shirt emblazoned with the company logo as he tattoos a client's scalp.
