Samuel Johnson recently fulfilled his promise to raise $10million for lifesaving cancer research by 2020.
And on Monday, the 41-year-old actor revealed that his loved ones are now worried he could fall back into bad habits after seven years of tireless campaigning.
He told TV Week: 'My family and friends are very worried about me regressing into old and destructive behaviours.'

'What do I have when I don't have the thing I've been obsessing about for seven years?' he added.
'They [family and friends] are worried that there will be a comedown [following the fundraising milestone] but I'm on high alert to not mess this up.'
Samuel previously told WHO magazine that he takes responsibly for his past issues with addiction and doesn't blame showbusiness.
