Roxy Jacenko has opened up about her struggle with mental health in an emotional statement.
The Sweaty Betty PR director, 39, is fronting a campaign to raise awareness on the topic, and opened up about her own experiences in a candid post to readers.
The campaign itself, named Imperfectly Perfect, aims to showcase raw photographs and stories of well-known faces to show that anyone can be affected by mental health.

In a post on the Imperfectly Perfect Campaign's Instagram page, Roxy shared her story alongside an image of herself.
In front of the page's 21,000 followers, Roxy wrote: 'I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the @imperfectlyperfectcampaign.
'I guess for me why it’s important is, I come across as super enthusiastic and confident; but really I’m not.
