It seems fans haven't seen the last of axed MasterChef star George Calombaris.
The embattled chef, who was shockingly axed from the cooking show alongsideMatt Preston and Gary Mehigan in July, has now made a 'guarantee' the trio will make a triumphant return to the small screen.
Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, the 40-year-old predicted 'the band' will reunite for a television project in the not-too-distant future.

'Will the three of us be on TV again? I can pretty much guarantee you that,' George told the publication.
He continued: 'In what capacity? Who knows? I am letting people who are a lot more experienced than me worry about that.'
Gary explained while George and Matt could go off and do their own thing, the men had a 'true friendship' together.
Friendship: 'You stick together through thick and thin. The band is having a rest right now and I can't wait to see what happens next,' Matt (pictured) told the publication
